Paradise Valley Community Church opened it's doors for the first time on March 4, 1984. We have seen wonderful growth since then. People at P.V.C.C. are from many different denominational backgrounds. We enjoy loving freedom which guides us in living out our firm faith. The Bible is our authority on what we believe and how to walk daily with God. Our ministry is to people, not things. Within the confines of responsible stewardship, we have attempted to capture a distinctive look. Our church stands on approximately nine acres of land and was designed by Robert/Jones Associates, Inc., to reflect the unique southwestern flavor.
The Covenant House, on the west side of our entrance driveway provides space for our church office, small group meetings and a large room for youth activities. Along with the Worship Center, which was expanded in 2003, we also house a fully equipped kitchen, nursery for infants and toddlers, and five classrooms for children through sixth grade. The Education Building at the north end of the lawn was added in 2000, and provides space for additional children's classes and other educational opportunities. All these accommodations provide for and are an integral part of enhancing our faith through worship, fellowship, education, and mission.
We are a member of the; Evangelical Covenant Church , a family of churches who have covenanted together to make Christ known both in this country and around the world. Through the Pacific Southwest Conference ;we enjoy the opportunity of joining other like-minded churches in our mission for Christ here in the greater Southwest.
